This website is provided for general information about our concrete and masonry services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems.
Estimates & Quotes
Information on this site does not constitute a binding offer. Any pricing shown is a starting range only. A firm price is provided only after an on-site visit in a written estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and final scope, materials and cost are confirmed in a signed agreement before work begins.
Workmanship Warranty
Completed installations carry a two-year workmanship warranty covering defects in labor. Concrete is a natural material; minor hairline cracking, color variation and efflorescence are normal characteristics and are not considered defects. The warranty does not cover damage from settlement of adjacent soil, de-icing chemicals, vehicle overload, or acts of nature.
Scheduling & Weather
Concrete work is weather dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule a pour when temperature, rain or ground conditions would compromise quality, and we will keep you informed of any changes.

All text, graphics, logos and layout on this website are the property of Indigo Snowreach LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indigo Snowreach LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute relating to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
